This project was all about uncovering potential—and then surpassing it.
What started as a worn, underutilized structure quickly revealed itself as a space with soul. The Red Barn Flip was a full transformation: reimagining the layout, opening up flow, and infusing light and warmth into every corner.

We preserved just enough of the original character to stay true to its roots, but layered in modern functionality, curated materials, and intentional design choices that made the entire home feel elevated and entirely new.

This flip reminded us why we do what we do—because sometimes, all a space needs is someone to believe in what it could become.
